What counts as one transcript?

One video, in one language. Opening the same video again the same day is free, and switching its language counts once more.

When does the daily limit reset?

At midnight UTC. Unused transcripts don't roll over.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you paid for, then drop back to Free. Your history stays.

Do you offer refunds?

If you upgraded by mistake, write to us within 7 days and we'll refund it.

Is there a team or invoice option?
